Welcome to SCRC #456 - West Palm Beach, FL Chapter!

The Southern Cruisers is a riding club, not an internet club or a 1% club, though we use online forums and email to communicate.

Southern Cruisers is an "all brands, all makes" riding club. We do not discriminate among the different sexes. We respect each member and expect the same in return. We are dedicated to the safety of the group while on rides, and ride in standard staggered formation. We want to make sure you leave every ride the way you came to the ride...in 1 piece.

We don't ask or require you be on every ride, although you get back from the club what you are willing to give. We try to offer short and long rides to various destinations and events, a little something for everyone. If your looking for great people who ride safely and for enjoyment, we're a great choice.

We're looking for safety-minded, friendly people who like to ride in a group to different destinations around the state. Some rides are long, some short, but they're all FUN! It's free to join, and we only have a few important rules to know: No drinking or drug use. Ride in a staggered formation. Treat all other riders with respect. Know that safety comes first!

About riding in formation... Please read -

We all know the basics of group riding, and for the most part most of us do pretty good. The 2 second rule works...you should be 2 seconds behind the rider in front of you, and 1 second from the rider diagonal to you. If you can see the rider's face in their rear view mirror, you got it!

Did you realize that leaving too big of a gap between riders can be bad? The sad part is, while often it does not directly place you in harms way, it does place those who are riding with you in a bad situation...
